Linelog(이하 "서비스")은 개인 감정 일기와 AI 기반 주간 회고를 제공하는 모바일 앱입니다. 개발자(이하 "운영자": jayts0618@gmail.com)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 정보통신망법 및 개인정보 보호법을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

서비스는 아래 정보를 수집합니다.

수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치(GPS), 사진, 연락처, 기기 번호(IMEI), 브라우징 기록.

2. AI 처리 및 외부 전송

⚠️ 중요 — 주간 AI 회고를 생성할 때, 해당 주의 일기 기록(날짜, 감정, 텍스트)이 Anthropic의 Claude API로 전송됩니다. Anthropic은 이 데이터를 모델 학습에 사용하지 않으며, API 요청 로그는 일정 기간 후 삭제됩니다. (Anthropic 개인정보처리방침)

AI 회고 기능을 사용하지 않으면 일기 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 기간

일기 · 회고 데이터: 계정(익명 UID) 삭제 전까지 보관
월간 회고 생성 횟수: 해당 월 종료 후 30일
일일 생성 횟수: 해당 일 종료 후 7일
광고 식별자: 앱 설치 기간 동안 (Google 정책에 따름)

5. 이용자 권리

이용자는 언제든지 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

열람 · 수정: 앱 내 일기 기록을 직접 확인하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
삭제: 앱을 삭제하면 익명 인증이 해제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 데이터의 완전 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 수신 후 7일 이내 처리합니다.
광고 거부: 기기의 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 추적을 제한할 수 있습니다.
알림 거부: 기기 설정에서 Linelog의 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보 보호

Linelog은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 데이터가 수집된 사실을 인지한 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.

7. 보안

모든 데이터는 Google Cloud 인프라(Firestore)에 저장되며 전송 시 TLS로 암호화됩니다. 저장 데이터는 Firestore의 암호화 기능으로 보호됩니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 업데이트하고 시행일을 명시합니다. 중요한 변경사항은 앱 내 알림을 통해 안내합니다.

Linelog is a mobile app for personal emotion journaling and AI-powered weekly reflections. The developer ("we", "us": jayts0618@gmail.com) is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect: your name, email, phone number, GPS location, photos, contacts, device IMEI, or browsing history.

2. AI Processing & Data Transmission

⚠️ Important — When you generate a weekly AI reflection, the journal entries for that week (date, emotion, text) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models, and API request logs are deleted after a retention period. (Anthropic Privacy Policy)

If you do not use the AI reflection feature, your journal data is never sent outside the app.

4. Data Retention

Journal entries & reflections: retained until account (anonymous UID) is deleted
Monthly reflection usage counter: 30 days after month ends
Daily generation counter: 7 days after the day ends
Advertising ID: while the app is installed (per Google policy)

5. Your Rights

Access & correction: View and edit your journal entries directly in the app.
Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes the anonymous auth session. To request complete deletion of server-side data, email us. We will process requests within 7 days.
Opt out of ads: Reset your Advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Opt out of notifications: Disable Linelog notifications in your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Linelog is not directed at children under 14. If we become aware that data from a child under 14 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

7. Security

All data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) and transmitted over TLS. Data at rest is protected by Firestore's built-in encryption.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the effective date. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
